Attach your compressed files in your email as follows:
Send your files at 
to our File Repair Labs and wait till we will not forward you your Analysis Report.
Note: If compressed file’s filesize > 10 MB, then ask our File Repair Team for FTP Details, so that you can easily upload your files to our Secure FTP Servers.
After completely analyzing your corrupt file, we will forward Analysis Report as per our analysis in which we specify your Payment Quote, Payment Link and your file repairing status.
After getting satisfied make payment using forwarded Payment Quote and Payment Link. And Finally get your repaired file.
